Yes, with a key handover record or by sharing a door code. The key is returned at the end of the job; the door code is deleted from our system within 7 days.

Standard upkeep and deep cleaning are based on m² and hours; the calculator on our site gives the VAT-inclusive price. For post-construction, office and block cleaning a written quote is given after photos or a survey.

Free cancellation or change up to 24 hours before. For later cancellations the first hour is charged; for online packages, unused service can be transferred to another date within 6 months.

No. Our products are pet-friendly. Just note it in the booking; we take care with doors open for cats and dogs. Team members with animal allergies are assigned elsewhere.

We hold professional liability insurance with a limit of 2 million TRY. Just report the damage with a photo within 24 hours; the review concludes within 5 working days.

After door collection it is delivered washed, dried and wrapped within 48 hours. For wool and silk carpets the time can extend to 72 hours.

Steam disinfection is included in deep and move cleaning. In upkeep cleaning the bathroom, kitchen and frequently touched surfaces are disinfected. Chemical fogging is done only on request and in an empty home.
