Keçiören is one of Ankara's most populous districts and contains many apartment blocks and complexes. For this reason our teams in the area mainly do block common-area cleaning and weekly home upkeep. In Etlik, Kalaba and Aktepe we work with management companies and offer collective contracts.
It is an area with heavy demand for block stair and lift cleaning, carpet washing and seasonal (spring and autumn) deep cleaning. If carrying without a lift is needed in multi-storey buildings, please state it in the booking.
A travel surcharge of 150 TRY applies for Keçiören; it is not charged for weekly and fortnightly subscriptions. Bookings should usually be made by 5 pm for the next day.
For block managers we do a free survey and prepare a weekly or fortnightly cleaning plan and written quote by the number of floors.
