In apartment blocks and complexes, common-area cleaning is both a source of complaints and a service that adds value for building management. At Silbaştan we place a team two to six days a week on a monthly contract, according to the number of floors and the size of common areas. The management board receives a photographic report after every visit.
Scope
- Cleaning entrance, stairs, corridors and lift, wiping balustrades
- Hygiene of the refuse room and container surroundings
- Sweeping and washing of the covered car park (monthly)
- Garden–surroundings collection, door glass and intercom wiping
- Monthly stair polishing and quarterly exterior glass cleaning
Price and contract
In a 10-flat block, cleaning two days a week starts at 6,500 TRY a month. The price depends on the number of floors, lift, car park and floor type. There is a monthly termination right in case of changes to the management plan; invoices are sent to the manager as e-invoices.
