Silbaştan Temizlik was founded in 2012 in Bahçelievler by Hülya Çınar and a friend, as a team of two. Hülya Hanım had previously been a hotel housekeeping manager and believed cleaning was not a “job” but a “system”. Her habit of leaving a handwritten checklist for her first customers at the end of each visit became the standard procedure of a company with 86 staff today.

How do we work?

Every job starts with a checklist prepared room by room. The team leader ticks it off as it is completed and does the final check with you at the end of the visit. Separate microfibre sets are used for the bathroom, kitchen and living area to prevent cross-contamination. Chemical products are biodegradable, have fragrance-free options and are child- and pet-friendly.

Team and guarantee

All 86 of our staff are on social security and covered by work-accident insurance. At hiring, a criminal record, health report and two references are checked; new staff work in their first two weeks under the supervision of an experienced team leader. The company holds professional liability insurance with a limit of 2 million TRY for damage and property liability.

Quality and feedback

A customer rating is collected within 24 hours of every job; for jobs scoring below 4 our quality team calls you. For jobs you were not satisfied with, a free redo is done within 48 hours. Our average annual customer rating is 4.8.
