1. Data controller
Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), your personal data is processed by Silbaştan Temizlik Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. (address: Bahçelievler 7. Cad. No: 28/3, Çankaya / Ankara) as the data controller, within the scope described below.
2. Personal data processed
For bookings and orders: full name, phone, email, service address, entry information (key, door code), pet and allergy information, invoice and payment records (card details are processed only by the payment institution); photographs uploaded for post-construction and office quotes; for job applications, CV, criminal record and health report; when using the website, IP address and cookie data.
3. Purposes of processing
To plan and carry out the cleaning appointment, to ensure the team's safe entry to the address, to issue invoices, to handle claims under the guarantee, to run staff recruitment and, with your explicit consent, to announce campaigns.
4. Legal grounds
Your data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2 where it is directly related to concluding or performing a contract, necessary to meet a legal obligation, or based on legitimate interest; and on your explicit consent for marketing communications and cookies.
Special-category data such as health reports and criminal records are processed only during job applications and within the framework of legal obligation. Allergy and pet information is processed on your explicit consent so that the team can work safely.
5. Transfers
Your data may be shared only to the extent necessary to provide the service with payment institutions, email/SMS infrastructure providers, accounting and legal advisers and competent public authorities. No data is transferred abroad unless the conditions of KVKK Art. 9 are met.
6. Retention
Appointment and invoice records are kept for 10 years. Door codes and key information are deleted within 7 days after the service is completed. Quote photographs are kept for 6 months and job applications for 1 year.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn the third parties it is transferred to, object, and claim compensation for damage. Send your requests to kvkk@silbastan.com.tr; they are answered within 30 days at the latest.
