Moving creates an obligation to hand over a clean home to the landlord and a need for hygiene in the new home. In move-out cleaning the checklist to get the deposit back is prepared with the joint approval of landlord and tenant; in move-in cleaning cupboard interiors, bathroom and kitchen surfaces are disinfected before belongings are placed.
Scope
- Inside cupboards and drawers, oven and fridge cleaning
- Limescale and grease removal in bathroom and kitchen, steam between tiles
- Interior glass and frames, doors–architraves–skirting boards
- Floor washing, balcony and storeroom cleaning
Timing
Since we work in an empty home the process is quick: a 100 m² flat takes 8 hours, or half a day with a team of two. We suggest booking a day ahead so the new home is ready before the truck arrives on moving morning.
Price
From 28 TRY per m² (including VAT); 2,800 TRY for 100 m². Handover photographs and a cleaning record for the landlord are sent at the end of the service.
