At Silbaştan we offer three guarantees: satisfaction, damage and security. Each is included in writing in the contract terms.
1. The 48-hour satisfaction guarantee
If you report a missed or faulty job within 48 hours of the service (by WhatsApp, phone or email with photos), our team cleans the same areas again free of charge. The guarantee does not apply where existing damage and stains are permanent (for example old limescale, paint, burns); such cases are determined with you before handover.
2. Damage and property liability
For breakage, scratches or damage that may occur during cleaning we hold professional liability insurance with a 2 million TRY limit. A damage report must be made with photos within 24 hours of the visit. The review concludes within 5 working days.
3. Security
Our staff's criminal records, health reports and references are checked at hiring. The team arrives with ID cards; the team leader's name and photo are sent to you at booking confirmation. For homes where keys are handed over, a handover–return record is drawn up.
Cases outside the scope
- Fragile or valuable items the customer did not notify in advance
- Existing damaged surfaces (cracked glass, flaking paint)
- Internal cleaning of electronic devices
