After construction or renovation the home is full of fine dust, paint splashes and cement residue; ordinary cleaning is not enough for these residues. Our process has three stages and is usually completed in one or two days. Cleaning is done from top to bottom since dust resettles between stages.
Three stages
- Rough cleaning: collecting rubble, packaging and large waste; dusting with industrial vacuums
- Fine cleaning: scraping paint, silicone and cement residues; cleaning tiles, ceramics, basins and fittings with limescale–cement remover
- Finishing touch: cleaning glass, frames and doors, machine-washing and polishing floors, steam disinfection
Price
From 42 TRY per m² (about 4,200 TRY for a 100 m² flat, 12 hours of labour). For heavy soiling or ceilings above 2 metres the price is finalised after a survey; you can get a preliminary quote by sending photos.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to provide the cleaning supplies?
No. The team brings all products and equipment (vacuum, steam machine, microfibre sets, chemicals). If you want a specific product or a fragrance-free option, write it in the booking note.
Can the team work when I am not home?
Yes, with a key handover record or by sharing a door code. The key is returned at the end of the job; the door code is deleted from our system within 7 days.
How is the price determined?
Standard upkeep and deep cleaning are based on m² and hours; the calculator on our site gives the VAT-inclusive price. For post-construction, office and block cleaning a written quote is given after photos or a survey.
Can I cancel an appointment?
Free cancellation or change up to 24 hours before. For later cancellations the first hour is charged; for online packages, unused service can be transferred to another date within 6 months.
I have a pet; is that a problem?
No. Our products are pet-friendly. Just note it in the booking; we take care with doors open for cats and dogs. Team members with animal allergies are assigned elsewhere.
