From Batıkent to Ostim; upkeep and post-construction cleaning.
In Yenimahalle, the large housing estates of Batıkent and the industrial–office areas of Ostim are the two main areas we serve. In Batıkent weekly home upkeep subscriptions are numerous; in Ostim periodic cleaning of workplaces, workshops and factory offices stands out.
Post-construction cleaning and move cleaning are often requested in the new housing projects of Batıkent. In Demetevler and Şentepe our door-collection route for carpet–sofa washing runs three days a week.
There is no travel surcharge in Yenimahalle. For Batıkent estates we contact the site management beforehand to plan team entry and car park permission, so that the team starts work on time with its equipment.
Because parking along the Batıkent metro line can be difficult, the team is planned to leave its vehicles in the complex car park; it is enough to inform the building management beforehand.
Our main office is in Bahçelievler; same-day teams anywhere in the district.
A district dense with apartment blocks; strong in block and complex cleaning.
